Just Creativo Digital Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry insights.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the agency’s presence and generate leads.
  • Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports on progress and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and business development.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the digital marketing or creative agency industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and industry trends is a plus.
